Made of tough, flame resistant, water/mildew resistant Cordura.  Has multiple pockets to place all your items.  And Velcro on the front flap to place your leather name tag.  Back pocket 9"H x 8.5"W x 1" Deep and has a Velcro closure.  2 side pockets are 5.5" wide x 7"H x 1" Deep.  Front Pockets... first is 7"W x 3"H x 2" Deep, and has a Velcro closure.
