Manufactured from high grade Cordura, they all have a center compartment and an outside pocket both covered by the Velcro fastened flap. They all also have a large backside pocket for quick access to publications, and two side pockets for writing instruments, flashlights, plotters, computers etc. Bag with flap has one center carrying handle, bag without flap has two.
